There are two kinds of WhatsApp API.
Neither of them is a phone.
The official Business Platform runs on Meta's servers: templates approved in advance, a fee for every message, and since January 2026 no general-purpose AI assistants. The unofficial ones imitate WhatsApp Web: a session on someone else's server, linked to your number like a browser tab.

WhatsApp bans more than two million accounts a month, three in four without a single user report: it reads how an account signed up, how fast it sends and whether anyone is typing.1 A web-session API has none of a phone's signals before it sends a word.

It is not Meta's Business Platform, so in that sense yes. But unlike most unofficial WhatsApp APIs it does not imitate WhatsApp Web: it automates the real WhatsApp app on real Android phones with real SIMs, which is what keeps the numbers looking like people.
Yes. It is a REST API with webhooks, so any tool that can send an HTTP request or receive one, n8n, Make, Zapier or your own code, can send messages and react to replies.
Answer questions from your catalogue, prices and policies, reply in the customer's language, collect what you need (quantity, city, date), and hand the conversation to a person with a summary. You decide what it may say and when it hands over. It runs on your own model key; if you would rather we connect and tune it, that is part of the managed setup.
Yours. You bring the numbers, the SIMs and the Android phones, handsets or box phones; we install MationX, warm the numbers up and keep them running. We do not sell or rent phones.
Yes. WhatsApp sends a verification code to the number whenever it is registered again, for example on a new phone or after a ban, so every SIM has to stay active and in your hands.
Starter is one number for $49 a month. Growth includes 10 numbers for $299; each extra number is $10 a month, numbers past 100 are $8, and above 300 we agree a price together.
